Today, our adventure begins in the captivating and picturesque Casablanca Valley, a prominent wine-producing region in the heart of the country.

We will depart from our hotel around 9:00 am, heading along Route 68 towards the Casablanca Valley to explore two boutique vineyards in the area. Here, you'll savor less common varieties like "Sangiovese" and "Carignan", along with fresh interpretations of more traditional varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah.

Our journey will take us through renowned wineries in the Casablanca Valley, where we will delve into the art and science of crafting world-class wines. Uncover modern winemaking techniques and the artisanal dedication that infuses life into each bottle.

During the tour, we will visit two vineyards. The boutique or family-owned wineries we explore may vary depending on availability, but rest assured, the unique experience is 100% guaranteed.

Viña Villard, established in 1989 by Thierry Villard in the Casablanca Valley, is hailed as Chile's first boutique winery. For over three decades, Viña Villard has earned its place as one of the Valley's premier wineries. For more than ten years, the second generation of the family, with an intimate understanding of their land and terroir, has been innovating with new winemaking techniques to craft super-premium wines of great structure and elegance. Their two signature wines are perfectly blended from harvest to vinification, oak aging, and bottling: "Tanagra", a flawless Syrah, and "Arganat", a delightful and refreshing Chardonnay.

Viña Casas del Bosque, a family-owned winery founded in 1993 in the heart of the Casablanca Valley, employs state-of-the-art technology throughout the winemaking process. It has consistently been rated as one of the world's best vineyards to visit, renowned for its top-tier wine tourism, exclusive wine and culinary experiences, and premium wines noted for their remarkable freshness and uniqueness. Iconic grape varieties here include Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Carmenere.

Viña Recova, situated in one of the most secluded and cooler corners beyond the Casablanca Valley, is a boutique winery producing human-scale wines from a single variety, Sauvignon Blanc. These wines reflect the land's essence, with vineyards boasting unique characteristics. A key highlight is the warm welcome into the producer's home, offering insights into small-scale winemaking and the beauty of this remote part of the Casablanca Valley.

Between visits, there will be a delightful opportunity to enjoy a lunch featuring traditional Chilean cuisine from the valley.

Finally, in the afternoon, we will return to our hotel in Santiago, our hearts full of joy after a day spent in this vibrant and youthful valley.
