Today, our adventure begins in the captivating and picturesque Casablanca Valley, a prominent wine-producing region in the heart of the country.
We will depart from our hotel around 9:00 am, heading along Route 68 towards the Casablanca Valley to explore two boutique vineyards in the area. Here, you'll savor less common varieties like "Sangiovese" and "Carignan", along with fresh interpretations of more traditional varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah.
Our journey will take us through renowned wineries in the Casablanca Valley, where we will delve into the art and science of crafting world-class wines. Uncover modern winemaking techniques and the artisanal dedication that infuses life into each bottle.
During the tour, we will visit two vineyards. The boutique or family-owned wineries we explore may vary depending on availability, but rest assured, the unique experience is 100% guaranteed.
Viña Villard, established in 1989 by Thierry Villard in the Casablanca Valley, is hailed as Chile's first boutique winery. For over three decades, Viña Villard has earned its place as one of the Valley's premier wineries.
