DAY 1. Arrival in Santiago:
Arrive in Santiago, the vibrant capital of Chile. As the nation's hub for politics, commerce, and finance, Santiago is situated a mere 100 km from the coast and nestled at the base of the Andes Mountains, offering visitors a diverse array of activities.
Our captivating journey begins upon arrival at Santiago International Airport. We'll proceed to the designated counter, where, with our reservation, we'll be assigned a vehicle and a professional driver to comfortably transfer us to our hotel. After settling in, we'll have leisure time to unwind and explore the city's many attractions.
DAY 2. Santiago City Tour:
Start the day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before setting off on an intriguing tour of Santiago. From the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood to the imposing Palacio de La Moneda, we'll visit Santiago's landmarks and delve into its rich history and culture. Enjoy panoramic views from Cerro Santa Lucía and explore the cultural treasures of the Museum of Fine Arts before returning to the hotel for a free afternoon.
DAY 3. Viña del Mar and Valparaíso:
Following a tasty breakfast, we will embark on a journey to the charming coastal cities of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. Discover the colorful hills and narrow streets of Valparaíso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and then head to Viña del Mar, known as the Garden City, to take in its stunning landscapes and relax on its beaches.
DAY 4. From Santiago to Puerto Varas:
Depart the bustling capital and fly south to Puerto Montt, where we'll transfer to our hotel in the picturesque city of Puerto Varas. Nestled on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, with views of the Osorno volcano, enjoy a free afternoon to explore this charming destination or simply unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery.
DAY 5. Free Day in Puerto Varas:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend a leisurely day resting, shopping, or participating in optional tours. Accommodation provided.
DAY 6. Andean Crossing to San Carlos de Bariloche:
Start with breakfast at the hotel. Our adventure with the Great Andean Crossing begins, a route traversed for over 400 years.
From Puerto Varas, we'll follow the road along the stunning Llanquihue Lake leading to Petrohué, where, if the season permits, we'll witness the majestic waterfalls of the river by the same name. Continue by catamaran across Todos Los Santos Lake, surrounded by hills and small plains.
We'll board a bus for a two-hour journey through the Andes Mountains to Puerto Frías. From there, sail across Lake Frías to Puerto Alegre, then take a bus to Puerto Blest. Here, enjoy time for lunch (not included) or explore the Cántaros Waterfall.
Later, embark on the final navigation across Nahuel Huapi Lake to Puerto Pañuelo. A bus will then transport us to our final destination: the city of Bariloche. The service concludes in Bariloche's center, where we'll proceed to our selected hotel (transfer not included).
DAY 7. Small Circuit in Bariloche:
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on the most traditional tour of San Carlos de Bariloche.
This bus excursion will introduce you to the main attractions of Bariloche and its surroundings, covering just 60 kilometers. Journey through mountains and along the shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake to discover Patagonia's most visited city.
We'll reach stunning panoramic viewpoints, perfect for capturing breathtaking photos.
Our knowledgeable guides will provide insights into the area's cultural, historical, and natural wonders throughout the tour.
Return to the hotel by noon, with free time to explore the city at your leisure.
DAY 8. Free Day in Bariloche:
Enjoy breakfast. A day of leisure for personal activities or optional tours. Accommodation provided.
DAY 9. Arrival in Buenos Aires:
After breakfast, at the agreed time, we'll transfer to Bariloche airport for the flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we'll be received at the Aeroparque and transferred to the hotel for check-in and accommodation.
DAY 10. City Tour and Tango:
Following breakfast at the hotel, embark on a comprehensive tour capturing the vibrant spirit of Buenos Aires. Visit key landmarks, including Teatro Colón, the Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Caminito, Puerto Madero, Palermo, and Recoleta.
In the evening, delight in a magnificent tango dinner show before returning to the hotel. Accommodation provided.
DAY 11. Free Day in Buenos Aires:
Breakfast at the hotel. A day to relax, shop, or partake in optional tours. Accommodation provided.
DAY 12. Arrival in Iguazú:
Have breakfast at the hotel. At the appointed time, meet our assistant in the hotel lobby. Transfer to Aeroparque for the flight to Iguazú. Upon arrival, transfer to the designated hotel for check-in and accommodation.
DAY 13. Argentine Falls:
Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for an excursion to the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls. Explore some of the 275 crescent-shaped waterfalls. During this excursion, tour the Upper and Lower Walkways of the Argentine National Park, getting close enough to practically touch the waterfalls! Return to the hotel for the night. Accommodation provided.
DAY 14. Brazilian Falls:
After breakfast at the hotel, depart in the morning for a continuation of the excursion with entry to the Brazilian National Park. Explore numerous walkways, balconies, and trails, offering a different, panoramic perspective of the falls. This is also an excellent opportunity to explore the surrounding subtropical jungle and encounter a diverse array of ferns, begonias, orchids, birds, and butterflies. With some luck, you might spot exotic wildlife and flora.
In the afternoon, transfer to Iguazú airport for the flight back to your city of origin.
